Jeff is focused on managing existing portfolio company investments. In addition, Jeff plays an active role in structuring and negotiating new investment opportunities and works closely with ARC's portfolio companies on corporate strategy, risk management, strategy execution and financial matters. Jeff currently represents ARC on the board of Silfab Solar Inc.
Jeff joined ARC in 2008 with prior experience in energy related capital markets and project finance at a global investment bank. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta and is an Institute of Corporate Directors Certified Director.
